About Dental Implants
Missing one or more teeth can not only be uncomfortable but also adverse to your oral health. Considered the best option to replace missing teeth, dental implants provide a secure way to attach a crown or denture. Unlike removable dentures, titanium implants are placed into the jawbone and finished with a beautiful crown or dentures.
Why Dental Implants?
- Function and look like natural teeth
- Helps to prevent bone-loss where dentures can’t
- Permanent, no need to remove teeth
- Stable and strong to allow for better chewing and clear speech
- With proper care, designed to last a lifetime
Our Dental Implant Services
All-On-4 Dental Implants—Immediate Placement Dentures
As the name implies, this procedure uses four dental implants to provide permanent full arch support for dentures or crowns. Incredibly valuable to patients because of its effectiveness, convenience, and affordability. You can have new teeth in one visit!
Single Dental Implant
If you are missing a single tooth, one dental implant and crown can replace both the lost natural tooth and its root.
Multiple Dental Implants
When missing multiple teeth, implant-supported bridges is the recommended treatment. With implant-supported bridges, you do not need support from other teeth like removable partials and bridges. Implants also help to keep your jawbone health and intact.
Dental Stabilization Implants
If you are having trouble keeping your dentures in place denture stabilization implants maybe the solution. Dr. Lalonde will place implants and retrofit your dentures to secure their position and allow for better chewing and speaking.
Actual Patient Case Study
This patient was missing incisors at birth and did not have a permanent solution. Dr. Lalonde’s treatment plan consisted of two dental implants and 6 veneers on the front teeth to give a more full, uniform smile. This patient is beyond thrilled with the outcome!
What Patients Are Saying
“I have been putting off dental work for a long time. I always felt tortured with repeated trips to the dentist that didn’t seem to care about the pain and built up fear I had for years. I found a friend in James Lalonde and a great staff that welcomed me and helped me overcome my fears. Actually had extensive work done, with no pain during or after work was done! I was truly overjoyed with the care I was given and the professional service performed! Actually looking forward to getting more work done and having my smile back! Highly recommend them to anyone looking for an amazing dentist!”

“Dr. Lalonde is amazing! He truly cares and he is very talented. We had an implant placed at another location with a reputable doctor, and to our HORROR the first MD did not place it properly. Dr. Lalonde caught the error on a routine consultation for crowns and was able to correct the issue and even went further to improve the look and color of the other MDs work. He exhibited a great deal of confidence and courage to call out the other Md’s error because it was the right thing to do. It made ALL of the difference and potentially saved an adjacent tooth from dying. I think Dr. Lalonde works 24 hours a day, practically, and even gave his personal cell phone. I am a registered nurse and believe me…the doctors I know don’t do that! His office was impeccable. Do not go anywhere else. You are in GREAT hands.”
